Midwest Regional Organizer and Inspector - Real Organic Project
Real Organic Project runs an add-on certification program. This means, we work with certified organic farmers in the US to inspect and certify them to additional standards above and beyond the NOP standards they are already certified to. Our program mimics the certification process of the National Organic Program with farms submitting an application, undergoing review, inspection and a final review with a certificate issued annually.

- Prior organic inspection experience
- Knowledge of organic standards with experience in crops/livestock (poultry and dairy)
- Ability to meet deadlines maintain confidentiality

They’ll help shape policies, support team member development, and uphold the integrity of organic standards while delivering a strong client experience.
