On April 2, the National Organic Program posted responses to frequently asked questions on the AMS website. It is designed for businesses, customs brokers, certifiers, and others working in organic trade.

Proposed Changes to the USDA Organic Regulations: Mushroom and Pet Food Standards

On March 11, 2024, the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) published a proposed rule in the Federal Register to amend the USDA organic regulations. The public comment period closes on May 10, 2024.
